Welcome to Ratnesh & Company.
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any Audio, Video, or Photo Advertisement services.

1. Advance Payment Policy

  • A minimum of 50% Advance Payment is mandatory for all Advertisement Services.
  • No project or creative work will be started without advance payment confirmation.
  • Advance payment confirms your booking and project slot.

2. Audio Advertisement Terms

  • After receiving the advance payment, our team will first prepare and share the advertisement script for approval.
  • Audio recording work will begin only after the script is finalized by the client.
  • Clients may request corrections or changes during the script approval stage only.
  • Full balance payment must be completed before starting the final audio recording process.

3. Video Advertisement Terms

  • After receiving 50% advance payment, the advertisement script will be prepared and shared for approval.
  • Once the script is finalized, the screenplay and creative planning process will begin.
  • After final approval of both the script and screenplay, the remaining balance payment must be cleared.
  • Video production and editing work will start only after full payment confirmation.

4. Photo Advertisement Terms

  • Design work will begin only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • Clients can request minor corrections during the preview stage.
  • Final files will be delivered after payment completion and approval confirmation.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery time may vary depending on project type, workload, and requirements.
  • Standard delivery time is approximately 3 Days to 7 Days.
  • Large or customized projects may require additional time.

6. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once creative work, scripting, designing, recording, or editing has started, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.

7. Pricing Policy

  • All prices mentioned are starting/basic package prices.
  • Final pricing may change depending on customization, duration, complexity, revisions, voice requirements, or additional creative work.

8. Approval & Responsibility

  • Clients are requested to carefully review all scripts, previews, and sample creatives before final approval.
  • Ratnesh & Company will not be responsible for changes requested after final approval and delivery.

9. Company Rights

  • Ratnesh & Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project if the content is inappropriate, misleading, illegal, or against company policies.
  • The company’s decision regarding project execution, pricing, timelines, and delivery will be considered final and binding.
