Terms and Conditions

    1. The party will provide the necessary materials for the design project. However, if we are responsible for the design, there will be an additional charge. The design process typically takes between 24 to 72 hours for finalization. We guarantee that you will receive a high-quality product with excellent graphic design support.
    2. We take a minimum of 21 days and a maximum of 60 days to ready the item from the date of final approval of the graphic design and receipt of your valuable order.

    • For the final order, we require a 50% advance payment.  Additionally, if you wish to avail of our graphics design services, an advance payment of 500 rs is required. After the final graphics design is approved, the remaining 50% advance of the total estimate must be paid.Once your item is ready, we will send you pictures or videos for your review.  At this stage, the balance payment must be made. Once the payment is received, we will promptly dispatch your order. 
    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
    • The order quantity is below the minimum requirement. An additional charge of Rs. 400/- will be applicable.
    • An additional charge of Rs. 400/- applies for the creation of a custom mold for the keychain, accommodating designs on both sides.
    • An additional charge of Rs. 380/- is applicable for one side of the leather key chain die.
    • The prices mentioned in Website are exclusive of Kanpur and do not include packaging.
    • Additional charges for packing and forwarding will be applied as per applicable rates.
    • Additional charges may apply for Goods & Services Tax.
    • Please note that the prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    • All matters in dispute fall within the jurisdiction of Kanpur
    • We are not responsible for any delay or damage during transportation.
    • All the sample in the price list are trade promotional items. They do not represent the brand in any way.
    • If you choose to use a font smaller than 9 pt, we do not guarantee the clarity, legibility, or overall quality of the design. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any issues arising from using such a small font size.
